There is enough to do in and around the lodge. We can offer you several options which are organised by us or with others. The trips are stated in Dalasi, the Euro & Pound prices are an indication.

Fishing with the locals	½ day	Price pp: 700 GMD
Enjoy a day on the Atlantic Ocean on a fishing boat (piroque) with the local fishermen. Just try and catch as many fish as possible with hook & line. Big ones, small or ugly ones we’re sure you will hook some. In the evening you can prepare your catch of the day on the barbecue if you want.		25 EUR / 18 GBP

When the sea is to rough for safety reasons the trip will be moved to another day.

Early Bird Walk	2 hours	Price pp: 125 GMD
This is a good opportunity to see the colourful birds of Gambia in the area of Gunjur. You will leave at 6.30am and soon you will see and hear the birds. There is also a good chance that you will even spot some monkeys during the walk. You’ll be back for breakfast after a nice and colourful start of your day/		4,5 EUR / 3 GBP

Djembé lessons	1 hour	Price pp: 200 GMD
Always wanted to learn to play the African drums? This is an easy way of getting to know how to drum and to find out if you have talent or not, if you like it or not.... We have several good djembé teachers who can teach you the basics of drumming. Or if you are already experienced, they will teach you new or different techniques.		7 EUR / 5,25 GBP
