The rooms & camping

We offer you 6 en-suite guest rooms. Each room has its own private terrace/balcony. The lodge runs on solar power and the water is from our own source. During the day the sun will heat the water, but we can not guarantee that you have a hot shower. The rooms are surrounded by (palm) trees, bushes and flowers. We can arrange bunk beds in rooms to enable families to stay together.

The rooms either have 2 single beds or 1 double bed (please let us know what you prefer) and can easily accommodate 2 people (with a bunk bed up to 4 people). Each room has a 240 volt power point, ideal for charging batteries etc during the day. The sockets are 3-pin (UK) so for visitors from mainland Europe we advise to bring an adapter. Mosquito nets are provided both for the beds and the windows. The bathrooms have a shower, wash basin and a toilet.

We will try to make your stay as comfortable as possible by:

Although there is no safe in the room it is possible to put your valuable documents and money in the safe at reception. We charge a fee of 25 GMD/day or 150 GMD/week.

It is very useful to bring a torch, your own beach towels, mosquito repellent, good shoes/sandals for walking, suntan lotion, sun glasses and a hat to protect you from the sun.

Camping It is possible to bring your own tent and stay in our garden. You can use the outside shower and public toilet. We have small tents for 2 people to rent.
